Staircase design

We have a new commercial building project that has a habitable apartment. We need 2x sets of stairs designed - we prefer steel with open sides: 1x set for a habitable area - wooden treads. We'd like a the stairs to have a couple of steps at the bottom, then a platform, then a 90 degree turn for the rest of the stairs - see drawing. 1x set to a mezzanine floor in the workshop area. Must be accessible and have --- fire rating. Needs to have a landing at the top. All walls and stringers are steel framed. We have the building plans - just need the stairs designed.
