We require plans to be drawn up to fit a 3.5 m ranchslider into the front of an existing bach and we also want to remove 3 existing interior wlals . The bach is in Whangamata . Ranchslider replaces an existing window and will cover in the front porch area. One interior wall sits between the kitchen and lounge and is load bearing. The other two walls are look to be load bearing also and are off the lounge.
