We have a bedroom (4.5 x 3.6m) under our lounge that is not consented andI'd like to have it consented by CCC. Our structural engineer has given us a statement that the room is structurally sound. We have plans of the exterior of the house that include the bedroom, but for the consent we need an accurate, detailed plan of the room. Please can you give me an idea of how much the plans would cost including a site visit. Many thanks.
