Job description
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ENSUITE IN SLEEP OUT We have an existing single room sleep out. We wish to install an ensuite bathroom, and laundry tub in the sleepout and connect to existing water and sewage. SCOPE OF WORK FOR PLANS Prepare all plans and other documentation required for submission to council for permits/consents for the building, plumbing, and drainage work. We will arrange our own contractors to carry out the physical work. A proposed floor plan, council plans and LIM will be supplied. SCOPE OF PROJECT TO BE DOCUMENTED Install interior walls to enclose ensuite Install door in new wall Line ensuite (including existing exterior walls) with suitable lining Install window in exterior wall Install extractor fan Install shower, vanity and toilet pan in ensuite Construct cupboard for hot water cylinder adjacent to ensuite Install HWC in cupboard Install laundry tub adjacent to ensuite Lay sewer and water pipe from house to sleep out and connect to existing services. (trench to include space for power and network cables). We hope to submit our application within 6 weeks of commencement of preparing the plans.
