Existing home extension and rennovations

House is currently 3 bedroom, two living area with a long driveway and garage at rear of section. We would like to demolish the old garage and repurpose that area including half the driveway to a grassed /planted area, put an internal access garage on the front of the property and simultaneously add a master bedroom with ensuite without losing any living area space. At the same time we would consider adding a fireplace and ventilation/heat transfer system. We would like to connect with someone to discuss details of exactly how this could be achieved, and ascertain as accurate a price as possible before commencing.
