Architectural Drafting - Short Term Contract

We are looking for someone for a short term contract while our current Draftsman is away on leave for a month. Pay is to be negotiated - this can be by the hour or per job completed. We are expecting around 10-12 projects to be drawn during this time. Each project will need the below: Comprehensive and tidy 3d plans as per a brief or markups which includes: a site plan, floor plans, office callouts (if needed) elevations, section views, floor finishes plans and ceiling plans. Bulk and Location plans which are required prior to developing a concept plan. Be able to access New Zealand regional council maps and district plan data and can show (if required) on the plans. The programs you will need to be familiar with are: Autodesk Revit 2023 for the concept plan work. Autodesk AutoCAD 2023 for preparing site plans. (Can be done in Revit if preferred). Enscape to produce building renders.
