measuring the M2 of an existing house

I need for insurance purposes an outline of our existing house to determine the size of the house in M2. I don't need the rooms on the drawing but only the foundations. This may suit someone not yet qualified but I do need it signed off by a qualified draft person. I do need this done ASAP. Thank you.
