Minor dwelling

I am planning to add a minor dwelling into my existing property. I approached Council and I gone through some of the council documents about district plans and setback requirements. But its a lot and some complexity involved with outdoor space requirements ( minimum dimensions 5x5m). Can you please work out based on the attachment? I have roughly draft it for a 9x3 sleepout, not minor dwelling as I suspect my land size is not big enough ( even though it meets minimum standard req of 450m2) to meet minor dwelling requirements.
