House extension - Drafting required ASAP

I'm looking to add an existing 100m2 approx to my existing house and needing some one who is available to draft up plans asap. Please don't get in touch if you don't expect to be able to start within the next 2-4 weeks or so. Existing house is only 5 years old - pole house on a sloping section. I have everything you need to hit the ground running: full existing house plans, geotech report, plans for the extension (layout and dimensions, floor levels etc). I can organise any structural input you may require if you don't have someone who can handle that side of things. Basically what I need from you is getting plans drawn up to 3604 requirements and all necessary calcs etc for submission of building consent application. I can handle consent application or can leave this with you also if you have time / inclination. Look forward to hearing from you!
