We are hoping to open a Sandwich and Coffee bar in 78sqm in a bare shell on high st. This operation serves coffee, cold drinks and cold sandwiches, the only cooking we do is a small electric benchtop griddle for cooking eggs which will have a light commercial extraction to take away any smells or fumes. There is no Gas, no ovens and no other cooking facilities. There is dishwashing facilities, a grease converter and seating for 25.
