6m x 8.5 m garage plans for consent

We require plans to be drawn for a 6m x 8.5m garage. A sketch is provided by way of indication. The only purpose of this is to get through consent. Details are as follows: 1. Gable ends 2. 1m off both boundaries 3. Colousteel or similar roof 4. Weatherford cladding to North and West elevations 5. Corrugate or other cheap cladding to other two elevations (non visible from house) 6. Two windows 7. Two side access doors 8. Need to make allowance for future toilet drainage and future laundry drainage 9. Garage will be serviced with water and power for a workshop.
