Creating sleepout

We require a draughtsman with an LPB to draw up our sleepout with a bathroom to have consented for the council. We will be applying for this under the Owner-Builder Exemption as my husband is a builder or may go for his LPB if cheaper. We have already looked into the RMA and we will not need it as there are no recession plane problems. There is no addition to the building, just an alteration of approximately 20m2 to an existing 58m2 garage. We are hoping to commence building works as soon as possible.
