Renovation

Our home has damage from the earthquake. We have decided to renovate as well as repair the damage. We have ten new piles to install as most doors cant be closed. We have no current floor plans at the council (I have requested them and there is nothing to put on disc). I have attached a current floor plan and concept plan. We have settled on the concept plan will not change anything unless suggested by draughstman/architect. We are trying to design around existing windows and leaving some existing walls. We are unsure which wall is load bearing. Please contact me if you need any more information to provide us with a quote to produce the plans needed for the council, we are keen to get this started as soon as possible.
