I am looking for a draftsperson with residential renovation experience. We've been working with an architect for the best part of four months and recently parted ways due to a lack of communication and progress. It would be great if we could find a draftsperson who either wanted to guide us through the consent application process or take care of it for us. We are not changing the footprint of our house - we need council consent because we want to move the plumbing; kitchen and bathroom. We have a builder in place and are beginning to be pressed for time due to our pre approved bank loan - we have 6 months from 18 September to provide all quotes for the job to the bank. But we need to get past consent first.

We couldn't have been happier choosing to work with Toni - efficient, understanding and excellent to work with. We had major problems with our first builder who near destroyed our house - Toni helped us get through it by communicating with our new builder, preparing and submitting amendments to Council.
