Architectural drawings required for building consent

We require drawings for a basic 19sqm extension (bedroom, hallway and toilet) for building consent. This will also include a site plan as there are no existing plans of our 70sqm ex state house. We have a basic layout plan of the extension, however also need to consider some existing piping and pressurised toilet system in the vicinity. The job may require consultation (or alterations of the drawings) whilst the consent process is under review.
