Finishing off consent plans for dwelling alteration
Job description
I am a draftsman completing a building consent application for a small alteration to a single storey dwelling (new en-suite and large new window in living area). I've already started the consent drawings and am in the closing stages of putting the application together. Due to moving house myself and other priorities that have cropped up I am now under pressure to meet the deadline I set with the owner. I need a competent, quick and reasonably priced draftsperson to complete the cad drawings. I will still compile and lodge the consent application myself. Drawings have been prepared in AutoCad LT so far. I need to get the consent drawings completed by this Sunday 19th March. This is purely a drafting task. If you can offer a competitive price and things run smoothly for us, there may be potential for further projects in the future.

Ryan completed the drawings exactly as requested and was always available throughout the project to make adjustments as required. His communication was fast, clear and professional. When a timescale was set for a task it was always met. The fee charged was excellent value for the level of service provided.
