Habitable Shed Plans

We are looking for a draftsman to take the plans from a kit build inhabitable shed and help get ready and submitted for council approval. This shed will not have any bedrooms, but rather a kitchen, living room, water closet with toilet and sink, and butler’s pantry. The shed is 13m by 8m and will have a “dog run” type hallway connecting it to an existing structure. We currently have the rough layout, but will need assistance with electrical placement and plumbing placement, as well as any other details to meet council approval.
