Technical building plans needed for a new build in Alexandra

I plan on building a 35 sqm (10x3.5) home with a gabled roof on pile foundations. There will be some internal walls to divide a bedroom and bathroom from the living area. I need technical building plans drawn up so I can get quotes from builders. I hope to use a pre-fabricated Ecopanel system with recessed windows and doors. There will be underfloor heating, solar panels, aircon, gas appliances.
