Slip Re-build

We have a small washroom / office attached to the rear of our house that was damaged by a slip that needs demolished & rebuilt. We have a QS scope of work & a builder lined up and we are finalising our discussions with the EQC but need basic drawings (it is a simple room) & a consent submission.
