Deck Plans

Need plans drawn up for a replacement deck of approx 17sqm to be presented and approved by council. It will require engineering calculations as will be floating and a small part of it is over 1.5m high and hence needs building conscent. Also a small fence and stairs to be included in the plans. Council plans and exact plan view measurements of existing deck available. The replacement deck is the same size as the new deck. Plans would be paid for once council accepts them. The plans are no good if the council will not approve them.
