Architect/Draughsman

I require an architect who will create initial design concepts based on my vision to develop detailed plans, including specifications for materials, dimensions, and construction methods. This will be a remote build with my Uncle (Master Builder) who will be undertaking the build. If you can advise a cost for this time and service that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mariah
