Prefab cabin designs
Job description
Hi there, I need an architect for some prefabricated cabin designs. Would ideally have experience in prefab cabins, timber framing. Will also need 3d renders for marketing. Will start with 2 cabin designs.: Option A - Home office set up. 3.6m wide 4.8m long. No toilet / kitchenette. Under 30m2 so won’t need building consent. Would be a light and open feeling home office area, where people can work from home in a clean and comfortable environment. Option B - Self contained 1 bed mini house. 3.6m wide 6 to 7m long. Will still be under 30m2 however as there are plumbed in wastewater this would technically need building consent and I will be encouraging customers to get consent. Will have everything you need, sleeping area, shower & toilet, kitchenette. Option B would be an extension of the option A structure. Same overall look.
