Partial Garage Studio Minor Dwelling plans and Council Consent required

We require plans and consent to convert part of our garage to a studio with bathroom/laundry/kitchen facilities. (see attached drawing as rough guide only) We would also like the garage reclad and to have a deck. We are subject to the following limitations: - Costal Management Area (rule 5B.7), - Height Control - Airport Approach We would like a quote for the drawings and support through the council submission process.
