Help drafting and applying for building consent, to convert garage to bedroom

We need help of a draftsman to prepare and submit building consent for a relatively small work of converting a former garage to two bedrooms. The garage was already converted 6 years ago, to a bedroom and a laundry, all consented and certified. The laundry appliances were moved to another location. Building consent needed because of new large window to be installed in a wall with current small window and a door (door gap to be closed), and a new internal door frame in a load bearing wall. We need someone as soon as possible, have finance ready, too. Can possibly wait few weeks if needed, too.
