Make laundry into a wet area, toilet into a laundry kitchen work and other bathroom renovations

We have just purchased a home, that we require work on. We require plans to be drawn up for a wet area for the council, we then require a toilet to be made into a laundry and a new back door, some kitchen work, then eventually renovate exsisting bathroom. We require first of all someone who can supply drawings as per the spec's of Ak city council, building permit requirements, then once approved we can get on with the project, requiring a builder, painter, tiler, plumber. We will require this project to be carried out urgently, as this is required due to health issues, thanks Iris or Gary
