Renovation #2

Hi Need to find an architect to discuss renovation plans on property. Firstly need to know how much it will cost for the plans. - looking to do extension on the house and add bathroom and also a laundry room. - extend one of the rooms with opening a wall and replacing with door which extends to the deck - looking to alter current bathroom and add deck infront of the house. Want to start building September if possible and needs things started. Thanks
