Drafting And Consent For Renovation
Job description
I require drafting and consent services for various aspects of a renovation/redecoration in my 80's built semi-detached 2 story unit. Planned work is part of a total redecoration of mostly the upstairs of the house. The following work below, is the major work requiring potential drafting and consent as part of this project. Removal of an existing wall between the toilet and bathroom, to make as one room. Redesign of a complete new toilet/bathroom and the addition of a bath. Removal of a wall between the kitchen and living room. Redesign of a complete new kitchen, and the replacement of the existing kitchen window, with a serving window out to the upstairs deck. Extension lengthways of the upstairs deck to extend along the length of the building. Including new ranch sliders/doors to replace the existing window. Building of a downstairs deck to cover the existing downstairs patio. Replacement of a downstairs bedroom window, with a door/ranch slider out on to the new deck. Rearranging the downstairs small ensuite, back to the original design of being a seperate bathroom off the laundry. By swapping the door back to the opposite wall. These are the major aspects I can currently see requiring drafting work and consent. Additional aspects may arise as per the overall renovation. I am looking for a Draftsperson who can do the drafting work, and also complete any consent process required. I am also open to someone who can project manage.
