Concept Plan for renovation in Onehunga

We recently purchased a basic three-bedroom 100sqm home on a 560 sqm site in a Residential – Mixed Housing Urban Zone (original photos attached). Since we have opportunities to subdivide in the future we are keen to work with someone to determine the best use of the property in the near term (housing a young family and maximising value of any renovation) and long term (not doing anything now that would impact our ability to subdivide in the future). We are looking for someone who shares our values of minimalism, low toxicity and spaces that are multi-functional to help us to establish the master vision and deliver a feasibility study/concept plan for a kitchen, laundry, bathroom and decking.
