Have just bought commercial warehouse building which we wish to convert into separate warehouses. I think this requires installation of fire rated wall between both proposed areas. The wall is approx 16m wide and 7 meters tall. This Draughting work needs to be completed Asap so we can get council building consent and arrange construction. Additionally we may choose to build new 2 Storey offices in one half of the property and we will be adding toilet and kitchen areas.
