Can you quote to do the following for an existing house for planned renovation- 1)Two self contained rooms with their own entrances which will require addition of a toilet and bathroom each. 2)The passages to be removed from the main entrance to accomodate the bathrooms 3)The passage between the two room on the right near entrance door to be removed by moving a non load bearing wall. 4) adding a toilet in existing bathroom 5)One entrance from existing ranchslider to one self contained room. Suggestions modification to proposal accepted, No idea of cost. Rest can be discussed on site Have spoken to Council- Dont require a resource consent but what is required is a building consent.
