Application for removing load bearing wall

Hi there, I've got a load bearing wall that I'd like to remove - just need someone to draft it up for me so that I can submit it to council. Structural engineer is already sorted. See attached photo markup of the wall to come out. I've also got the original drawings and here as .pdfs which I can't attached here. Give me a shout if I'm missing anything. Thanks
