Convert ground floor flat into two flats

I need a LBP to sign-off drawings for Building Consent application for fit-out work to a existing ground floor tenancy. The proposed work will result in changing one large apartment to two studio apartments by adding one inter tenancy fire wall, replace one existing window with a door and add plumbing for an extra bathroom and kitchen. All the drawings, specifications and other paperwork for Building Consent application are done. There is also a fire report that has been done. I just need a LBP to review the drawings, sign-off and lodge Building Consent on my behalf. I will follow through myself any Building Consent RFIs from Council afterwards. Drawings can be sent through on request. Thanks.
