Draughtsman to gain building/resource consent with working drawings for double garage built in 2010 to be converted to a minor dwelling . By adding a 2nd floor level with 2 bedrooms and bathroom toilet etc and existing garage down stairs. As built drawings available on request

Cam is reliable, efficient and most importantly relatable. He dealt to the queries efficiently without hiccup, understood the process thoroughly . Stress free we left him to what he did best, and made sure we paid on time for his service. Even when dealing with council he managed the process seamlessly, in the best interest of the the 'client' us whilst keeping council onboard, not to mention there numerous divisions and stakeholders.
