Job description

Draughting Services
Auckland

A plan needs to be made to shift this access which I envisage to include: 1 - Fill in an existing door from a second bedroom to the second ensuite 2 - Create a new door from the lounge (so that the second bathroom is accessible to guests) 3 - Moving the hot water cylinder into the bathroom (it's plenty big enough) 4 - Locations for the Washing Machine and Drier (should also fit in the bathroom) Provide advice / plans on: 1 - Best locations for bathroom washbasin etc or if should stay where they are 4 - Remove bath and put in shower (prefer built in rather than portable but open to suggestions) 5 - Possibility to propose a third bedroom room in the plan (I am not sure if that requires consent, but it would be great to have a plan). - I have basic autocad plans already if you'd like to see what we're talking about - To my knowledge this does not move any load bearing walls and should be relatively straight-forward - It's in a 120m2 apartment (owner is member of body corporate) - Easy access for trades - The apartment is wooden floored and walled, so access to pipes etc is relatively easy. - 1990's construction Following this plan, obviously a builder will be needed. In the photo's: Where the drier / washing machine is is where the door would go Where the heated towel rail is, is the other side of the wall behind the drier (it's bigger than a standard door) The picture of the door, is the current access through the bedroom which would be filled in. The bathroom is 2.360mx1.960m which makes it --- Screenshot of Indicative plans included.

I have to say Cam, I'm impressed. Impressed with your professionalism in every sense of the word and the manner with which you interacted with me. It's not often one can say that unreservedly, I wish I had your calibre of customer interaction skills! On top of that, a fantastic result. Thank-you and in case anyone hadn't guessed already, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Cam for any further work he wished to undertake - in fact I already have!
