Would like a concept at first with rough building cost estimates, as property has not been purchased. Purchase of property and completed plans/designs will be dependant on feasibility and cost estimate of renovation. Renovation is a bungalow - adding a bathroom, redesign kitchen/living area - perhaps reconfiguring house to optimise utility, but keeping things simple. This house is on level site. Looking for lower cost architect/draughtperson so can maximise profit in sale of property. Would like a concept at first with rough building cost estimates. Would need to come up with concept in the next few days.
