Adding a bedroom to a unit - architect/engineer's job?

I am looking to add an internal bedroom to my unit and then get it approved on the council plans. I will also be moving a few walls around. As it is an internal bedroom, there may be some issues around NZBC G7. There may also be other issues around the building code. So to sum it up... 1. Help scope job. 2. Do any lux modelling, building consents (probably not as walls are non-load-bearing) etc. 3. Send to council, get the new floor plans added to the property file/LIM.
