This will be a new build on a 615m2 section. I have included a couple of pictures to get an idea of what we are after. The inside layout of the house can be changed to suit for e.g all rooms double or ensuit doesnt need double sinks the layout for ensuit and walk in can be smaller. We need to draw up plans so we can start sending to builders for quotes to build. As its a small town we dont want to spend too much. We build to sell so if we decide to sell we want a return not a loss.

I know what I want in the design but need someone to put it together on paper for me with consideration of the southerly view of the mountains.
