Renovations

I need to apply for consent to make alterations to a bathroom and the removal of a load bearing wall. We are adding a tiled shower and a new bath fixture and changing the positioning of all bathroom amenities. Load bearing wall is to be removed to open/join the living space with kitchen. and a remodel of the kitchen. We have a fair idea of how we would like everything to look. As mentioned we need consent to complete each area.
