Hi there. I’m wanting to convert a current storage / single garage space located on the ground floor of my residence into a one bedroom apartment with ensuite. Looked to start this in 2021 but put the project on hold due to work / life changes, but I'm ready to get rocking again now! I'm aiming to get the consent lodged with the council in the next three months. Please only apply if you have capacity to do this. Thank you!
