Meadowbank Makeover

Looking for a design that creates more efficient use of space with the front door, kitchen/laundry, upstairs bathroom, bedrooms and garage being areas of focus. Also want to create an additional outdoor living area that has shelter from wind and rain. Have clear idea on layout for most areas but open to be challenged. Conscious not to over capitalise but realistic about budget.
