Quick and businesslike. Workmanship would be Excellent except for a concern I have about where some of the good trunk wood went (we had agreed that the good wood would be left). A tip - if you ask for the wood to be left then make sure you specify where it will be left, otherwise it will be left near where cut, on your lawn. Regarding who did the work, Kevin was there some of the time, and one or two employees were there all the time.

"John, thank you for your review and your comments although I feel that there may be a need for some clarification. I am not sure which "good trunk wood" you were referring to but believe me we did not want to carry anything more up all your stairs than we had to. I can only assume you are referring to the Karaka trees near the garage, as all the other trees that we cut down for you had not been pruned previously and it was fairly obvious that you got all their wood. The Karakas had had their tops removed about 7-10 years ago judging by the dimensions of the regrowth, and this left large heavy wood from which new growth sprouted and this is what the leaves you could see were attached to. Due to the density of the regrowth it was impossible to see from the ground the size of the branches covered by leaves. The average size of those regrowth spars at the base was approx. 10-12cm which we cut off and left for you until they narrowed to about 5cm. I apologize for leaving the wood on the lawn but we didn't realise that you wanted it left elsewhere. As to who was on site, you employed my firm to undertake this work for you , not me personally. I undertook most of the pruning that was done and the removal of the smaller shrubs, leaving the larger trees to my employees while I transported the rubbish to the landfill, and there was a lot of rubbish to move,so I was not on site for a large portion of the time"
