Remove fallen tree from Cyclone & General Tree Pruning
Job description
Hi there, We had half of our willow tree fall during the cyclone last week and looking for a quote to cut into smaller pieces for firewood and also do a general tree pruning job for all the trees surrounding our property.

They were great at general tree maintenance/tidying up to allow more sunlight. I hired them because an old willow tree fell during the cyclone. We wanted it removed but keep the wood for firewood. They said the whole job would be done in 1 day - ended up coming over 4 days when they felt like it. Either didn't turn up when promised or turned up 6 hours later - never communicated the delay and then didn't finish the job - left branches & leaves everywhere. I've had to hire someone else to finish.
