Trimming back tree from roof of house

We have a large kanuka tree off the edge of our deck, it goes up and overhangs our house. It split in the last storm and half of it fell away, we need help getting the rest of it down. We have an electric pole chainsaw that will cut through it and it should be reach-able from our roof (easy to get onto) - we need someone to cut away the small branches and prune it back (we can help), ideally from the roof as this would be simplest, down to the level we can cut the rest and fell it. It's the closest tree as pictured.
