Two trees removed, maybe stumps

Hi, we’d like two dead trees removed. 1 pittisporum and 1 cabbage tree- both leafless for about a year and a half. We’d like a price for cutting down and removing the trees and another including stump grinding. There’s a small retaining wall which we don’t want damaged, also some irrigation pipes so stump removal might be too tricky? We aren’t in a rush with the stumps so could do the chemical method ourselves. There’s a path around the side of the house a metre and a bit wide so good access. We’d like no damage to the house or fence obviously and prefer none to the new lawn too. We’d mostly stay inside, would only come out with a mask and would want you to have face masks on at all times. We’d keep it completely contactless too. We are both vaxxed and want everyone to be safe. We are out in Ranui, West Auckland. Attached photos with 1.65m human for reference. You can see how close the retaining wall is to the tree trunks.
