Tree pruning and removal

Hi. I have three trees that need work. 1. A large pseudopanax, that's leaning against guttering in a couple of places and needs a comprehensive pruning. I'd like to reduce this in size by two thirds if possible (and accordingly the amount of leaves and stalks it drops!), to near roof level and shape as appropriate. 2. A tall tree (Kanuka perhaps? - see photos) that is half dead and periodically dropping large branches as they rot away. This has become a hazard and needs to come down. 3. A large banana palm that has a number of shoots, and is regularly needing to be cut back so that it doesn't obstruct the driveway or pathway to the front door. I'd like to discuss options regarding this; pruning or removal. If you're able, referring to the photos attached, could you please give me a rough idea of the cost and time involved.
