Was a bit disappointed with the result. Trees were topped but not trimmed back as asked for. Little care taken to protect adjacent shrubs and fruit trees from falling branches so we had quite a bit of damage. On the plus side price was reasonable, communication good and work was completed ahead of schedule.

"thank you for the review it does help us in our future processes. Please do note the following ; the trees were pruned already and there was little growth so it was important not to hit both at the same time, also if it was heavily trimmed the tree line would not look as attractive as the top would look bare. regarding shrub damage yes I was aware of this but it could not be avoided I'm sorry as the wind was very strong and only a one man band."
