Quote needed to trim down tall trees

I am in the process of securing a bank loan to put solar panels on my roof. In order to maximise the sunshine I get, the trees in the picture attached will need to be trimmed down. One is on my property, and one in the neighbours, and access to large vehicles is a little restricted. I need a quote that I can include in my loan application (and hopefully have the job done if all goes well).
