Removal of three large yucca including stump grinding

We have three yuccas (approx. 5m tall) on the edge of our drive near our garage. They are pushing over the fence and just beginning to push slightly over the concrete. We are uncertain how to tackle them ourselves given their slight lean over the neighbours property. We are interested in a cost to have them fully removed, including grinding of the stumps. Access is relatively easy, down a long straight driveway, no barriers. We can have a discussion with the neighbours about temporarily removing the fence if this will make the job cheaper and easier.
