Large Tree to be pruned

Hi there, Please find photos of a large tree that needs to be cut right down to within the fence line and to become a more managable height moving forward for a yearly trim. We are collecting Qoutes for this job intially. We will also require the removal of some previous pruning from another tree ( Photos of this also included).
