Spraying and removal of rampart ivy. Tree trimming and pruning (shelter belt also major trim back and tidy may be subbed). General border garden tidy up and planting. This is a large garden area on 3.5 acres of residential land, predominantly lawn. On going upkeep may be required. Residents getting too old to do the mahi.
